Zeron 100 Round Bar is fabricated in various sizes and diameters and a round shape. Zeron 100 is a superalloy Nickel and Chromium combination incorporated with Nitrogen, Molybdenum, and the most efficient Tungsten element. The purpose of designing the grade is to improve seawater corrosion resistance. It is further enhanced to other corrosive influence diminution with several other benefits. Thus the alloy is widely accepted in many chemical corrosion applications.

Zeron 100 Round Bar is a superalloy combination of strength and corrosion resistance. Thus the Bar is efficiently working in several conditions. Where to use Zeron 100 Round Bar?
These Round Bars are purposed for marine application as it shows outstanding resistance to seawater decomposition. It also withstands brine temperatures and localized attacks in aquatic environs. Also, Bars are not corroded with atmospheric conditions and protected from surface oxidation, pitting for long age exposure. They are impervious to stress corrosion, offering excellent tensile properties. The hardness of the Bar improves cracking strength, and the creep effect is opposed. They are accepted in acid, chloride, and sulfide surroundings and eradicate rotting.
